1. Verify the light is blinking for the signal light on the controller.

• -If light is not blinking you have no power to the controller:
• – look to see if a positive or negative wire connection is loose at the battery or controller.
• – verify with a tester your battery has at least 12volts coming out of it. This confirms your battery is strong.
  
  

If light is blinking:

• -verify your battery has at least 12volts coming out of it.
  The unit has a small range of less then 12volts that the signal light will blink, but the unit will not receive calls/text and operate.
• -verify the connection of the antenna is connected to the controller, and on the outside of the box that the metal part of the antenna is screwed tight to the base of the antenna.
• -Have you used the trigger in this location before and it worked fine, but now the light is blinking with no response? If you’ve verified all above is correct call customer service for help.
• -If the signal light is blinking and you have never used the trigger at this location, you can try getting signal to the trigger at a different location. If the trigger has a delayed response or no response there could be an issue with service. If you’ve verified all above is correct call customer service for help.
